The historic Odd Fellows Building at 725 Main Street is our premier property in Woodland, California. Built in 1905, it also has the distinction of being the first prominent building in Woodland's downtown to use the Mission Revival style, moving away from the more prevalent Victorian style buildings of the day. From its' roots as a business college and store, to housing the local phone company and even the Yolo County traffic court for a time, the building is currently home to a variety of diverse businesses. In 1982, the Woodland I.O.O.F. Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Our building houses the physical addresses of 721 - 729 Main Street. Featuring Bella Bean Coffeehouse & Eatery as the anchor tenant, we are also home to a very good computer repair & services business (MyBrotherSteve.com), an antique & consignment shop, legal offices, accounting, a driving school, a Pilates studio, and martial arts studio, among others. The new Yolo County Courthouse is only two blocks away. The Sacramento International Airport is only 10.8 miles away. Over a dozen restaurants, the Woodland Opera House, a brew house, print shop, rental car, and wine bar are all within 1 - 3 blocks from here. The main Woodland Post Office, with ample parking, is right behind our building.

About Us

After spending many years in the commercial construction business, a shift was made into commercial real estate management. In 2005, our offices moved to "The City of Trees" in Woodland, CA to the historic Oddfellows Building.
